I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#149978) who views therapy as a collaborative journey. My work invites clients to deepen their understanding of themselves in relation to others and the world around them. With training in Psychodynamic therapy from Regent’s University London and a clinical psychology degree from Pepperdine University, I take an integrative approach, blending psychodynamic theory, internal family systems, and Eastern practices such as mindfulness and meditation.
